LET’S GET STARTED

What kinds of things can I ask, what information do I provide?

This could be to improve energy, reduce joint pain, better sleep, manage stress, eat healthier and may relate to a health concern such as  arthritis, diabetes, fatigue, mobility issues, mental health challenges.

If you also include information on your age, gender, ethnicity, religion  and relevant personal circumstances that will help us  to come up with more detailed and personalised lifestyle suggestions.

Please remember to enter your contact details so we can respond to your question and that you must have a Birmingham postcode.

EXAMPLE

Salaam,

I am a 35-year-old  Muslim mother of three, working part-time in an office. I am 6 kg overweight, and recently started Type 2 Diabetes medicine because of high blood sugar. Getting a good night’s sleep is sometimes a problem. I’ve been told to lose weight, eat more fruits and vegetables, and reduce carbs, oil, and meat. I love my Pakistani food, so changing is hard. I used to exercise before marriage, but now with three kids, it’s tough to find time. Can you suggest how I can change my lifestyle, lower my blood sugar and find other women to exercise with? I also interested to know more about how prophetic wisdom could help me

Thank you,
Saima Begum
